Groundbreakers

This is a mentoring program for children at risk that runs through one of our local schools. Mentors are required to give one hour of their time to spend with a child at risk. Training and guidance is provided and the program is overseen by a qualified teacher. All mentors require working with children’s cards. Lifestreams Community Services

Lifestreams Community Services acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land, the Whadjuk Noongars from the Noongar nation of Australia on which we operate, live and gather.
