Sometimes we can all go through a challenging time and just need a bit of extra support.

Food Hampers

We have food hampers available to be picked up between 9 and 3pm, Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm at 2 McNabb Loop, Como.

Care Appointments

Please phone us on 9313 1600 if you would like to make a Care Appointment. Here we can spend more time chatting to you about the situation you are facing and can provide referrals to other organisations, mental health support and other forms of emergency relief.
Our Care Appointments are only available for people in the following local government areas: City of South Perth, Town of Victoria Park, City of Canning and City of Belmont.

Emergency Appeals

Lifestreams Community Services also provides financial support to other organisations that are helping people facing emergency or crisis situations such as bushfires, floods, war and homelessness.

Lifestreams Community Services acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land, the Whadjuk Noongars from the Noongar nation of Australia on which we operate, live and gather. We recognise their continuing connection to land, water and community. We pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
